“Adenomyomectomy with myomectomy followed by ovarian PRP”...done brilliantly by our respected chairman Prof. @Jesmine Banu madam .
Case history
A 38 years old lady suffering from secondary subfertility for 10 years with menorrhagia and dysmenorrhoea for the last 6 months.
She has H/O RPL( first trimester)
She is also suffering from hypothyroidism .
Her AMH 0.12
FSH 16
LH 5
On TVS:
Sub mucosal fibroid (7.4x4.3 cm)
Laparotomy findings:
Uterus was irregularly enlarged with multiple focal Adenomatous lesion in the fundas, anterior and posterior wall of uterus. There was also a sub mucous fibroid (7x6cm) in the anterior wall near the cervix.
Adenomyomectomy and myomectomy done .
Both the ovaries were smaller in size and fibrosed.... Ovarian PRP was given.
All the tissues were sent for histopathology.
