Successful treatment of infertility with PRP:

Another amazing and successful result following PRP therapy which was done by dynamic respected Chairman of REI department of BSMMU Prof Jasmine Banu Madam.

Patient was a 35 years old lady having BOH and history of Dilatation & Curratage. Subsequently, she developed secondary amenorrhoea for 1& 1/2 years. Then she consulted in BSMMU REI department.

During evaluation, findings were:

Progesterone challenge test: negative,

Estrogen & Progesterone challenge test: negative

S. FSH: 15.5 IU/L

S. AMH: O. 5 ng/dl

So she was diagnosed as Secondary amenorrhoea due to Intrauterine Adhesion with Poor Ovarian Reserve.

Then laparoscopy and hysteroscopy was done in BSMMU REI department by Prof Jasmine Banu Madam. Hysteroscopic adhesiolysis was done and PRP therapy given both in uterus and ovary.

Then menstruation established from next cycle and she conceived spontaneously.

McDonald's suture given in 16th week of pregnancy in BSMMU and then delivered a healthy baby.

Thus we are expecting successful treatment of infertility with upcoming regenerative medicine (PRP and Stem cell therapy).
